Au début de chaque automne, j’aime transformer les fines herbes de mon jardin en pesto que je congèle pour l’hiver.

J'adore travailler avec les enfants et leur famille pour la raison suivante 
C’est gratifiant de les voir évoluer et s’épanouir, malgré l’adversité à laquelle la plupart sont confrontés. Il est essentiel de s’occuper de nos enfants, car ce sont nos citoyens de demain.
